Maintenance Services

Fire Extinguishers are a first aid appliance intended for the use in fighting fires. There value depends on operational conditions which can be monitored by efficient and through yearly service. We offer the highest standard of service for all extinguishers in accordance with BS5306: PART3: 2000/BSEN3 or to the agreed contractual requirements. All new equipment installed by us has relevant British and European standard approval. We can offer a full maintenance service where you can have peace of mind in terms of fire appliance legal requirement compliance for your premises. Our Standard Service testing includes replacement seals, pins and "O" rings at no extra charge. Refills, Discharge and Replacements are scheduled into the service forecast and charged accordingly at the scheduled time.

Using our Appliance Maintenance Systems we can provides you with the necessary legal or preferred documentation recording each stage of the servicing process, giving you invaluable information to keep on file for future reference.

Fire Appliance Rental

Our hired appliance service is an all-inclusive cost to you. If you decide to hire all standard service charges are already included. Call us, you will see rental fees can be as low as £25 per year per appliance.

• Location report showing an overview of the type, size and location of each fire safety appliance on your premises
• Estimated forecast information for next service year and beyond, for your future financial considerations
• Appliance spreadsheet exported data for your own use
• Appliance change management utility where you can record changes and issues pertaining to your appliance infrastructure

• Maintenance Certificate
• Full service maintenance status report
• Defect sheet, highlighting recommendations to meet maintenance certification
