The fire order 2005 states that anyone likely to have to use a fire extinguisher needs to be trained in the use of fire fighting equipment and be able to use it effectively. Our training course teaches how to safely operate a fire extinguisher and the approach to a fire.
Fire Equipment Training
Courses are held at the customers premises or an off site venue.
Delegates receive a certificate of training attendance
Training also includes a 30 minute video* on Fire Awareness including the following topics: Fire prevention, What is fire? - The fire triangle, Human behaviour, Portable extinguishers - types and uses, Escape procedures, Fire action drill and Signage.

All the delegates receive hands on experience in how to put out a real fire using our gas propelled fire training rig. This experience provides the confidence needed in a real fire incident.
